This document is published in compliance with Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, that mandate the publication of the terms governing access to or usage of Ask A1 services.
This agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“you” or “user”) and Ask A1, governing your access to and use of Ask A1 services through our website, mobile applications, or any other platforms (collectively “Platforms”). By accessing or using any of the Platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).
Ask A1 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platforms signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Ask A1 provides a range of content, including text, images, designs, videos, and other materials (“Materials”) for personal, non-commercial use. While efforts are made to ensure the authenticity of content, Ask A1 is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Platforms. You are prohibited from:
Copying, distributing, or using Materials for commercial purposes.
Engaging in data mining, scraping, or automated queries.
Creating derivative works or competing services using the Materials.
Ask A1’s trademarks, logos, and service marks are owned by Ask A1. You may not use them without prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
By submitting reviews, ratings, comments, or other content (“User Content”) to the Platforms, you grant Ask A1 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content. You represent that you have the right to submit this content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights. Ask A1 reserves the right to remove or modify User Content that violates these Terms.
Users are prohibited from posting content that is:
Obscene, defamatory, abusive, or threatening.
Misleading, fraudulent, or contains false information.
Infringing on intellectual property rights.
Containing viruses or malicious code.
Impersonating others or collecting data unlawfully.
Ask A1 does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content provided on the Platforms. Your use of the Platforms is at your own risk. Ask A1 disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ask A1 from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platforms or your violation of these Terms.
Ask A1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platforms at any time for violations of these Terms without prior notice.
